Our Mobile Detailing Rigs are “Made-to-Order”. Once we have placed the order for the materials, your order can NO longer be canceled, returned or refunded.
Your order is made specifically for you, the customer, per your specifications and satisfaction. That’s our goal here at Revibe!
All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or the materials under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
If any item is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or occured under normal use.
Revibe lead time is estimated at 4 - 6 Weeks. However, production and delivery lead times are subject to change. In the unlikely case of the order exceeding more than 6 weeks from the date of deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel for a full refund or the deposit.
The client is in agreement with the price quote(s) received for the client's custom item(s), which is valid for 30 days. Once a deposit/payment is paid for the amount agreed, the client understands that they are responsible for paying the entire amount due in any mode of payment (Online transactions via Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Affrim or Credit Card).
